The following document outlines how MPM Products Limited, along with our subsidiaries, collect, use and protect your personal data across all our websites (applaws.co.uk, encore.co.uk and mpmproducts.com) and digital platforms (“Websites”) and when you contact us by phone, email or social media. What information is being collected?

Who is collecting the data?
All personal data collected when using our Websites, other platforms or placing orders for goods and/or services will be collected by us.
How is the data collected?
We collect most of this personal information directly from you, in person, by telephone, email, business documents or from your employer if you are a contractor. We also collect personal data across our Websites and digital platforms as you use the sites. Personal data collection, for example, takes place during the following actions, registering your details, entering competitions, signing up to newsletters and purchasing of our products.
Additionally, your personal data may be collected via our systems, for example door entry systems and reception logs, automated monitoring of our websites and other technical systems (such as our computers), networks and connections, CCTV and access control systems, communications systems and email.

How long we keep your data
The length of time for which we will securely store any personal data you share with us will depend on the type of personal data and the purpose for which it is being held. The following are indicative periods for which we will retain your personal data:
- Where we are holding your personal data as a member of our breeders’ club, for so long as you continue to be a member of such club.
- Where we are holding your personal data to sharing our newsletter with you, for so long as you consent to receive such communications.
- Where we are holding your personal data for payment processing reasons, 6 years following the collection of such personal data for accounting purposes.
- Where we are holding your personal data after you have contacted us for customer service reasons, we will retain your information for a 6 year period as is necessary to ensure that your query has been dealt with fully and properly in accordance with our usual standards.
We will not retain your personal information for longer than necessary for the purposes set out in this policy.
Where you have subscribed to receive marketing material from us we will keep your personal data for 12 months from the point at which you invite us to send you communications or from the point at which you interact with you, unless you unsubscribe.
Sharing your data
We will not sell your personal information with any third party organisations. However, to provide our goods and services to you we need to share personal information, where necessary, with:
- those that supply us with goods and services (such as logistic providers);
- marketing agents, mailing list providers;
- payment processors and other financial companies;
- other professional advisers, barristers, auditors, bankers and insurers and brokers, credit reference agencies;
- HM Revenue & Customs, regulators and other authorities who may require us to report processing activities in certain circumstances; and
- IT software providers that host our website and store/maintain data for us.

We also impose contractual obligations on service providers to ensure they can only use your personal information to provide services to us and to you, unless you agree otherwise. We may also need to share some personal information with other parties, such as potential buyers of some or all of our business or during a re-structuring. Usually, information will be anonymised but this may not always be possible. The recipient of the information will be bound by confidentiality obligations.
To deliver services to you, it may become necessary share your personal information outside the UK or the European Economic Area (EEA). We may do this if our service providers are located outside the UK or EEA. If we do transfer your data out of the UK or the EEA, such transfers will be subject to special rules under European and/or UK data protection law.

We may also share your personal data with organisations who jointly deliver events with us or delegates from those events (with your consent).
